1. Consultation
Anything & Everything is dedicated to providing authors with satisfactory services. Let us know your needs and we will give you our professional advice.

3. Quantity

5. Royalty
Sold thru Bookstores:
Author will receive 40% of the book retail price
Note: Bookstore Discounts will not affect author royalty.
Sold thru Publisher:
Author will receive 60% of the book retail price
Sold by Author:
- Author can pick up stock from the publisher and sell on his own. All income goes to the author.
- Author is not permitted to distribute to bookstores in Hong Kong and Macau.

6. Manuscript
Manuscripts can be saved in word format and all images and charts (at least 300dpi) compressed in zip. They can be delivered via email or burnt onto a CD and mailed to us.
Please have the manuscript organized clearly by chapter. Images and charts should be included in the manuscript but the author should also provide the originals.
If the author only has a handwritten manuscript, we can provide typing service at an extra charge. |

7. Payment
Payment should be made in 2 installments. Author should pay the first installment (50%) when signing the agreement and the second installment 7 days before printing commences. Payment can be made in cash or by cheque.

2. Production Process
Preliminary designs will be reviewed and approved by the author before proceeding to production.
Once the text layout is completed, we will do a preliminary proofread and send the file to the author for review. This process will repeat until the author is satisfied. In general, the author will review the manuscript twice.
The cover design will also be sent to the author for review via email.
When both the cover and layout designs have been approved, we will have the printer issue proofs, do a final check and proceed to printing. |

1. Distribution Process
Printer > Distributor > Bookstores
- Printer delivers books to distribution warehouse
- Distributor sends book information to bookstore managers
- Bookstore managers send in book order
- Distributor delivers to bookstores
- If book does not sell well, bookstores might notify distributor to collect returns
NOTE: The decision to stock is based solely on the bookstore manager. |

2. Royalty Payment
According to agreement, royalty will be paid every 4 months. |

3. Inventory Storage
We do not provide inventory storage. Author must collect all copies that are not distributed. |

4. Promotional Copies
Author shall provide us with promotional copies, their purposes are for:
- Bookstores
- Book Registration
- Media Book Review

5. Author Pick-up
Authors are free to pick up any number of copies for personal use etc. In general, the number ranges from 20 to several hundreds. |

6. Returns
If author decides not to renew agreement, we will notify the distributor to retrieve all books from stores. This process shall take approximately 3 months.
- Calculate royalty
- Notify author to collect returns
- After author has confirmed the numbers, royalty will be sent to the author by cheque.
